Graduation - 10 and 12 December.

We've almost managed to get everything to be on Thursday 12 December. There is one that we have to place on Tuesday 10 December to make it all work out. So there will also be regular training on 10 December from 18:15 - 20:00.

If anyone needs to swap things around, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll see if it can be done.

The times listed are starting times. Warm-up is the responsibility of the individual. Make sure to be ready at the specified time.

It's a good idea to pass on your belt to someone else, if you want to. If you want to buy a new one with a 20% discount from Budoeksperten, send your order with colour and length to info@aarhusjiujitsu.dk no later than 3 December.

Graduation - 7 December.

As everyone has probably noticed, Peter and Peter are also in graduation training. If all goes well, they will be going to the national graduation, which is organised every six months by our federation. It's the first Saturday in December (and the first Saturday in June).

The location is determined by the federation's style committee, so we can't say anything about it until a few weeks before the graduation. It could be in Aarhus, it could be elsewhere. It depends on whether there are others in the country who are also going up. Save the date now and get the opportunity to experience great Jiu-Jitsu.

Christmas get-together - 23 November.

As mentioned, we have agreed with https://www.flyingfelinesstudio.com/, Ny Tjørnegade 19, that we will start at 16.00 with an hour of pole dancing. It's important to wear as little, but still some, clothing. It's the friction to the pole that keeps you up in the exercises. Fully clothed in a gi would not be smart.

There are no showers on site, so there will be an opportunity to come into our club afterwards to shower and dress.

Then there will be some time to gather until 19.00, when we will eat at https://www.kowloon.dk/frederiksgade/frederiksgade.html. Note the address Frederiksgade 78 (there are two Kowloons in Aarhus). You can find the menu at https://www.kowloon.dk/frederiksgade/menukort.html. There should be something for most people.

Then it's free play in Aarhus (within the limits of the law). How long and where we end up is up to the individual.

Sign up via email to info@aarhusjiujitsu.dk no later than 17 November. Write whether you want to join the whole event (poledacing and dining), only poledacing or only dining.

When signing up for dining, please also send DKK 95 on mobilepay 30401308. Then one main course is paid for. Any starters, desserts and drinks will be handled on site. Pole dancing is free of charge (you may thank Anika for providing the opportunity).

Anniversary in Skovlunde - 26 and 27 October.

Join us for a training session and party in Skovlunde, "KI", as they celebrate their 50th anniversary. Skovlunde's own instructors are in charge of the training. They are some of the country's best instructors, so you're in for a great workout with a wide range of techniques.

You can find the invitation at https://aarhusjiujitsu.dk/wp-content/uploads/50-aars-jubilaeum-en.pdf

Register at info@aarhusjiujitsu.dk no later than 22 October.

There are already three of us travelling over from Aarhus. Room for more.

Last training before Christmas - 19 December.

As usual, we take a short break over Christmas and New Year. This year's last training session is on Thursday 19 December. There will be fun training, apple slices and something to drink.

First training session in 2025 - 2 January.

Then it's time to get your muscles moving again and get back on the mats.
