Practical information

Write your name and e-mail address below and get a mail with the information, you need in order to start in Aarhus Jiu-Jitsu. We don’t save your name or e-mail address in any central database.

We are  training outdoors Tuesday and Thursday from 17.30 – 18.45.

Please note, that this is not the regular time. We will be outside and need the sunlight.

We will meet at the parkinglot in front of  the dojo on Finlandsgade 25.

Remember trainingsuit for outdoors and runningshoes. We will start with a warmup, run a little tour and come back for some training with sticks (arnis inspired) and standing selfdefence.

We encourage everybody to take a corona quicktest on the day of training.

I confirm, that I am a human being (and not one of those annoying robots on the net 🙂 )

We will send you a mail with information about our gym address, what training gear you need, training schedule and so on.

The training is based on Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, which is primarily for self-defense. Our instructors have also trained other martial arts, such as Aikido, Karate, Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so there is a lot of inspiration from those also.

Beginners and masters train at the same time. It gives the beginners the possibility for a lot of help to start with. You don’t need to have trained martial arts or exercised before starting. We will take it in a speed, where you can keep up.

The gym (dojo) is at Finlandsgade 25, 8200 Aarhus N, where we share the facilities with Aarhus Judo Club. Go or drive into the first parking lot. Up the stairs in the corner and you are there.

Just show up and try us out. We are ready to help you get started each Tuesday and Thursday at 17.00 – 18.15.

The gym is a joint Dojo med other martial arts, Judo and Aikido, where we help each other across the arts in order to introduce Japanese martial arts.

Make your registration for enrollment here. Not needed for trial period.

Looking forward to seeing you on the mats.

    Best regards

    The instructor team
